Full Tilt Poker has agreed to three more years of the Million Dollar Cash Game, a popular, high-stakes, no-holds barred, poker tourney. They will work alongside Emblaze Productions to make this happen. The managing director of Emblaze is thrilled about the deal, explaining that Season 5 will be amongst the franchises biggest and best ever. This year’s big game will be taped in the United Kingdom in just a few months from now, September 8th and 9th. It will be shown on the Spy Sports Network which broadcasts in Europe.
As always, some of the best poker players in the world will participate in the Million Dollar Cash Game. Phil Helmuth, Tom Dwan, Chris Feguson and Phil Ivey are all expected to duke it out.
The 2009 match was a thriller, with Patrik Antonius and Tom “Durrr” Dwan fighting it out. The players helped achieve the largest cash game pot ever for a television event when Antonius was forced to pay Dwan $1.1 million of his own money.
Fans of the game are anticipating as good a game this year, if not better as professional poker’s heavyweights battle it out for supremacy and the title of the Million Dollar Cash Game Winner.
This game has become one of pokers most popular. It is a win-at-all-cost, battle of wits, high-stakes game that always promises to be exciting. Lots of money is both won and loss, much more then most people could afford to lose or even put up for that matter. Every player that participates needs to have at least £100,000 of their own money. The pot then quickly grows. Last year it reached more then $1,000,000.
The Million Dollar Cash Game is a treat for many poker fans. It promises excellent play and lots of action. The game’s best players are battling it out for the world to see and the result is poker perfection.
