The mega online poker website, PokerStars is all set to begin a huge promotion for the World Championship of Online Poker. The company will begin their satellite promotion soon. After everything is said and done, an additional $500,000 in World Championship of Online Poker (WCCOP) seats will have been given away. The exciting and generous satellite series will be played three times everyday between the dates of August 21st and August 29th.

This is the second year for the Extreme Satellites. They will provide players of all bankroll sizes the opportunity to compete in the exciting World Championship of Online Poker event. One of the most exciting tournaments in the series is the $260 qualifier for the $5,200 World Championship of Online Poker. This tourney alone will add 25 more sets and an additional $130,000 in prize money.

The actual World Championship of Online Poker event will start on September 5th, only a short while from now. This is a major event which will include a whopping 62 tournaments and an unheard of $50,000,000 in a guaranteed prize pool.
