Party Poker members and/or those who are considering joining the popular website will find that right now is a terrific time to join the fun. Party Poker is hosting a pretty cool promotion, the Summer Step Up. This is an exclusive tournament series, ideal for those poker players looking to increase their bankroll. The promotion has five steps. Step A through Step E.

Steps A-Steps C take place between the dates of July 26 and July 30. Step D occurs on July 31st and Step E, August 1st. Below, we will take a look at each of the promotions step in more detail.

Step A: This part of the Summer Step Up promo will be held between July 26th-30th. There is a buy-in, albeit at very small one at $1.10. Payouts are standard on this step, with a few exceptions. The players who finish in the top two will automatically become eligible for Step E. Players who end up in 3rd the 4th place get to move on to Step D.

Step B: This step is also played out between the dates of July 26-July 30. The buy-in for these games are a bit more expensive at $5.50. Players who finish in the top 2 places (1st and 2nd) qualify for Step E. Players who finish up Step B in third or fourth place, go to Step D. This doesn’t differ at all from Step A.

Step C: Players who want to participate need to mark off July 26th-July 30th on their calendars because this is when this Step will be played out. There is a $11 buy-in. The first and second place finishers go to Step E. Those who finish in 3rd and 4th place qualify for Step D. Party Poker payout distributions don’t change.

$100 Step D Freeroll: This freeroll takes place on July 31st. Those who wish to participate will need to come up with 10 Party Poker if they have not been able to qualify via Steps A-C. The top 100 finishers get to move on to Step E. Standard payout distribution applies.

$1,000 Step E Freeroll: The promotion culminates with this event. It takes place on August 1st (20:00 CET). The only individuals eligible to participate are those who played their way in via Steps A, B, C and D.
